CRW Site: Site Overview
The Comparative RNA Web (CRW) Site disseminates information about RNA structure and evolution that has been determined using comparative sequence analysis. We present both raw (sequences, structure models, metadata) and processed (analyses, evolution, accuracy) data, organized into four main sections (see the CRW Site Map for specifics). These types of data, information, and modes of presentation include:
- RNA sequences
- RNA structure
- models
- motifs
- lone pair tri-loop
- tetraloop
- A Story
- AA.AG@helix.ends
- UAA/GAN
- U Turn
- bpseq
- base pairs
- base triples
- frequencies
- comparative sequence analysis
- lateral gene transfer
- phylogenetic treeing
- RNA folding
- RNA evolution
- accuracy
- RNA function
- database/metadata
- presentation
- secondary struture diagrams
- RNAMap (secondary structure Java applet)
