These interfaces allow users to download larger volumes of data.
Access to the sequence alignments used in the analyses presented at the CRW Site; sequence alignments are available in GenBank and AE2 (Macke) formats.
Download multiple secondary structure diagrams, selecting from organism names, phylogeny (general: Archaea, Bacteria, Eukaryota, and Virus), RNA molecule, and cell location, as well as selecting for PostScript, PDF, or BPSEQ display formats.
Download collected sets of structure/basepair information files in six formats (BPSEQ, alden, RNAml, ct, nopct, and bracket).
Outdated secondary structure diagrams which may still be of use to some researchers.
The Sequence Alignment Retrieval page provides access to the sequence alignments used in the analyses presented at the CRW Site. Sequence alignments are available in GenBank and AE2 (Macke) formats. These alignments will be updated periodically when the number of new sequences is significant. Newer alignments might also contain refinements in the alignments of the sequences. For each alignment, the count of sequences included is listed.
Sequence alignments used in the analyses presented at the CRW Site can be downloaded in either GenBank or AE2 (Macke) format.

Multiple secondary structure diagrams can be downloaded from the Secondary Structure Retrieval Page. This system allows the user to select from organism names, phylogeny (general: Archaea, Bacteria, Eukaryota, and Virus), RNA Class, and cell location, as well as selecting for PostScript, PDF, or BPSEQ display formats. Once these selections are made, a list of the structure diagrams that fit those criteria appears. The user may select any or all of the diagrams to be downloaded. The 23S rRNA diagrams (which appear in two halves) are presented on one line as a single unit to ensure that both halves are downloaded. The system packages the secondary structure diagrams files into a compressed tar file, which can be uncompressed with appropriate software on Macintosh, Windows, and Unix computer platforms.
Sets of secondary structure diagrams, based upon organism name, phylogeny, cell location, or type of RNA, can be quickly selected and downloaded. Diagrams are available in PostScript, PDF, and BPSEQ formats.
